This effort combats gender-based violence and promotes a nonviolent culture in the communities where our organization operates. This program works to minimize violence against women and girls while also promoting a more peaceful and inclusive community. The program contributes to the challenge of detrimental cultural and social norms by raising awareness of the destructive impacts of violence and discrimination, as well as presenting good models of masculinity and femininity.
